RPP Online enables suppliers to load their Responsible Purchasing Policy Questionnaire information and the evidence supporting any claims onto a database. The information is being checked and risk assessed by RPP Online’s forestry staff. Suppliers can provide buyers with a password that allows them to access and download the information. RPP Online is being audited annually by a third-party.

RPP Online enables signatories to the Responsible Purchasing Policy to outsource the risk assessment process. The service is open to non-TTF members provided the supplier allows those buyers to access the data.
