Please find below the new, simplified and completely revamped set of RPP forms for the 2007 RPP audit:
- An overview of the new TTF RPP forms including an easy-to-follow flow chart
- RPP1 – the initial timber supply review which replaces the supplier screening form
- RPP2 – the more detailed supplier status form including a step-by-step guide
- RPP3 – the Annual Management Report summarising performance that has to be submitted to the auditor
- RPP LSA – the new Landed Stock Agreement for products you buy that have already been screened for risk under the RPP

Translations of the new forms are not yet available.
To make life easier for suppliers, we aim for creating a broadly acceptable and standardised questionnaire for environmental information on suppliers and their timber products.
Please feel free to use the Responsible Purchasing Policy Questionnaire! The ‘Frequently Asked Questions' provides general information about the RPP.
The questionnaires are being reviewed annually. If you have particular concerns or recommendations regarding the questionnaires, please let us know and contact rppmanager@ttf.co.uk.
Based on the Questionnaire results, signatories to the Responsible Purchasing Policy carry out risk assessments on their supply base.
